Replacement Eligibility:

  2. Manufacturing Defects: Replacements are only applicable if the product has a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving the product, please inspect it carefully for any defects or issues.
  2. Evidence: If you discover a manufacturing defect, record a clear video and take photos of the issue.

  4. Review: Once we receive your evidence, our team will review it and get back to you within 5-7 business days.
  5. Approval: If your replacement request is approved, we will ship a new product to you within 9-10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not applicable. We will replace the product if a manufacturing defect is verified.
  • The defective product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Shipping charges (if any) for the replacement product will be covered by us.
